Terms of Service

These plain-English terms describe the basic rules for using Sababa.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Sababa, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Sababa is operated by Uziel64.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and provide accurate account information. Sababa accounts use email and password authentication. Keep your password private and tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

3. Acceptable use

Use Sababa lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully surveil others; distribute malware or unlawful material; interfere with the service; or attempt to access accounts, groups or data you are not authorized to access.

4. User content

You are responsible for the messages, names, activity details, locations, times, files and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share that content. You grant Sababa the limited permission needed to host, process and display your content to provide the service. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Sababa.

5. Conversations and activities

Sababa provides group conversations, optional topics and activities where supported by the installed client. Content and participation choices may be visible to members of the relevant group. Do not rely on activity times, messages or participant responses as a guarantee that a real-world plan will happen.

6. Intellectual property

Sababa's software, name, visual identity and site content are owned by Sababa or its licensors, except for user content and third-party materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use Sababa branding without permission.

7. Availability and changes

Sababa may change, suspend or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms and will publish the updated version on this page.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights, including for serious or repeated violations of these terms. Signing out does not delete an account or server-side data. Account-deletion requests are described on the Delete account page.

9. Disclaimers

Sababa is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee message or notification delivery, the accuracy of user-provided content, or the outcome of plans arranged by users.

10. Limitation concepts

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sababa and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted under the applicable law for the service and your use of it. Any governing-law or venue details that apply to your location will be provided in the version of these Terms applicable to you.
