Delete your account
You can request deletion without reinstalling or opening the app.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Sababa account. Include the email address used for the Sababa account, your display name if one is set, and any other non-sensitive detail that helps us identify the account. Do not send your password, authentication codes, or tokens.
We may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on a request. Deletion requests are processed within up to 30 days after successful identity verification.
What happens next
Sababa does not currently offer an in-app account-deletion control, so this external request is the way to start the process. After your request and any necessary identity verification, account, profile and associated personal information will be deleted or de-identified according to the Privacy Policy, where technically feasible.
After a verified request, the intended policy is to delete or de-identify the account, profile and associated personal data where technically feasible. Content already shared with other users, such as messages or shared activity information, may remain where necessary to preserve the other participants’ conversation or history, but should no longer remain associated with an active user profile where technically feasible.
